I completed a 4 year full-time degree at the European School of Osteopathy (ESO) in 2010 with a degree in Osteopathic medicine. I have worked in many established practices including Solihull osteopathic practice and Fiona Passey osteopathic practice as an associate.
My approach is holistic, using a wide range of techniques, which may include massage, soft tissue stretching, gentle release techniques or stronger manipulation. I also provide advice on exercise and lifestyle to compliment the treatment. I am also a fully trained cranial osteopath with a wide range of experience in treating babies, children and adults.
I am a member of the General Osteopathic Council and the British Osteopathic Association.
